The founder of Philip Schneider & Associates, Inc., Philip has been conducting business valuations and providing litigation support services since he began his business in 1976. After operating more than 30 years as an independent business, Philip Schenider & Associates, Inc., merged their operations and experience into CCG, where he currently is a Senior Manager. For more than 33 years, Philip has prepared valuations and appraisal reports for purposes of acquisitions and sales, lender liability cases, determining damages for loss of profits, product liability suits, patent litigation cases, buy-sell agreements, divorce settlements, wrongful terminations, wrongful deaths, employee stock ownership plans, stock redemptions and recapitalizations. Philip has served as an expert witness in both state and federal courts, testifying at more than 50 trials and providing more than 150 depositions. Philip’s experience includes testifying as to the valuations of various entities, and testifying on damage issues.
